In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days. Tracked delivery generally takes 5–15 business days after dispatch and varies by destination. Free worldwide shipping is included. Import duties, taxes and customs charges may apply depending on the destination and are the customer’s responsibility.

Pre-order release dates are manufacturer estimates, not dispatch or delivery dates. They may change. Orders ship after the item arrives at Toyvix, is ready for dispatch, and all required payments are complete.
Pre-orders are generally final. Change-of-mind cancellation is not normally accepted after an order is placed. If Toyvix cannot fulfill the affected item, all payments collected for it will be refunded. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
